Health – OVER WEIGHT

Do you feel tired, shortness of breath, aches and pain, swelling of the joints; especially at the hip & knee, back problem, indigestion, constipation? These are the signs of being OVERWEIGHT. I have lost my weight through natural way.

Do you know your body makes its own sugar from healthy food that we eat? Refined sugar is largely responsible for dental decay and obesity/overweight, so it’s very important to know what you eat, when you eat, How often you eat and how much eat.

Few tips to lose weight:

Change in Eating habits
  • Choose high-fibre food, such as brown rice, nuts, legumes, seeds, fruits, vegetables, whole grain bread, cereals and pasta. eat five or six small meals rather than one large meal.
  • Cut down fatty foods. butter, margarine, whole milk, cream, cheese. Cut of meat, instead, choose fish, poultry, lean cuts of the meat(trim off visible fat) and avoid fried foods.
  • Have a snack, such as a piece of fruit, 90 minutes before the meal to prevent hunger, so that you will not overeat during meal.
  • Eat less food contain added sugar, such as cake, lollies, biscuites, tinned vegetables, etc..
  • Eat chillies and other spicy foods occasionally. it increase metabolic rate for three or four hours afterwards.
  • Drink green tea, studies suggest it can promote weightloss
  • Keep your alcohol intake
Exercise regularly

  • Yoga for regulating weight. practising yoga can help.
  • Aerobic excercise , You don't have to do a vigorous workout to start buring fat. A regular brisk walk will help you lose weight.
In short: Get acive, get fit.
